Refund policy

Watches can be returned for a full refund, less a $5 return shipping & handling cost for each watch returned, if you notify us within 14 days upon delivery. The return package must be dropped off at the appropriate shipping facility within 14 days of receiving the return shipping label. Returns are no longer accepted beyond the 14 day return window, once initiated.

The watch must not have any damage or signs of wear and tear and must be returned in its original packaging, including any protective coverings. Upon receipt, you will be issued a refund on the card or payment option you placed the order with within 5 business days. If a watch is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to send the watch back to you, without a refund.

Watches purchased at an authorized retailer cannot be returned to Rallynetics and are subject to the retailer's return policy.

All strap/accessory sales are final.
