Warranty & Service
All watches come with a non-transferrable 1 year limited warranty from date of purchase. The warranty covers any workmanship-related issues with the watch. Please save a copy of your purchase receipt, otherwise your warranty claim will be denied and all repair costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer (you).
The warranty does NOT cover the battery, glass, watch case, strap/band, or any damage as a result of general wear and tear, abuse, or unauthorized disassembly.
Customers initiating the warranty work must cover all transportation costs to one of our authorized repair facility partners. Return shipping will be covered at no additional charge. If out-of-warranty work is initiated, the buyer must cover all transportation costs.
Please do not ship the watch with the original packaging as it may not be returned back to you. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement watch if the original watch cannot be repaired.
